Plastering, drywall, painting, flooring, bathroom, kitchen: AL Groupe handles your interior renovation from A to Z, both in Brussels and in the rest of the country.
Interior renovation covers all the work that transforms the inside of a house or apartment: partitions and ceilings in plaster or drywall, painting, flooring, bathroom and kitchen renovation, up to the complete fit-out of a home. An interior renovation project can be limited to a single room to refresh, or cover an entire property to be redesigned from floor to ceiling.
In Brussels, older buildings (townhouses, apartment blocks) often need particular attention: levelling partitions, treating damaged ceilings, adapting flooring to sometimes uneven floors. Elsewhere in Belgium, needs vary with the age and type of property, but the approach remains the same: a well-prepared project, followed by a single point of contact.
You describe your interior renovation project by phone, email or via the form on the site.
We come on site, in Brussels or elsewhere in Belgium, to assess the work and send you a detailed quote, with no obligation.
Once the quote is approved, we schedule the project around your availability.
We carry out the work with care and remain your single point of contact until project handover.
Response within 2 working days; a site visit may be needed to price the work accurately.
20 years of combined hands-on experience, for careful work.
One contact for your whole project, from quote to handover.
AL Groupe travels to Brussels and every region of Belgium to assess your interior renovation project.
A complete interior renovation can include plastering and drywall, painting, flooring, bathroom and kitchen renovation, and the general fit-out of the home. The exact scope depends on your project and is defined together during the site visit.
It is not mandatory for the whole duration of the project, but we agree together on the key moments (inventory, choice of finishes, handover of the works) where your presence is useful.
Yes, the quote is completely free and without obligation. We travel to Brussels and throughout Belgium to assess your project.
The duration depends on the scale of the project (one room or an entire home) and the starting condition. During the site visit and in the quote, you receive a clear estimate of the timeframe.
