A damaged facade (cracks, deteriorated plaster, ageing insulation) lets moisture in and increases heat loss. Renovating it protects the building in the long term and adds value to your property, whether in Brussels, where older brick buildings are very common, or elsewhere in Belgium.
Depending on the starting condition, a facade renovation can be limited to cleaning and painting, or include complete external insulation (ETICS) with new render. Each project is assessed individually during the site visit.

External insulation consists of fitting insulation on the exterior walls of the building, then covering it with plaster or render. It improves thermal insulation without reducing the interior living space.
Depending on the height of the building and the type of work, scaffolding is often needed to work safely. This is assessed during the visit and included in the quote.
